Study on the commercialization of the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

Hello everybody,
I’m Giovanni Sogari, I’m 22, I live in Carpi, a city in province of Modena (Emilia-Romagna) in Italy.
I attend the third year of the “Scienze Gastronomiche" program at the Agricoltury Faculty of University of Parma. I'm currently pursuing my final project.
My project is about the commercialization of the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. My work is to collect information through interviews directed to employees of the dairy and cheese-making field but also with the consumers who are not Italians.
