Study on the commercialization of the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

Hello everybody,
Iím Giovanni, Iím 22, I live in Carpi, a city in province of Modena (Emilia-Romagna) in Italy.
I attend the third year to the University of the Studies of Parma, Iím enrolled to a ďScienze Gastronomiche courseĒ to the Agrarian Faculty. In this period Iím making the stage university.
My plan is about the commercialization of the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. My work is to collect information through interviews whit worker of the dairies cheese field but also with the consumer, in particular those who are not Italians.
